The TEXAS Education of Homeless Children and Youth Program (EHCY) is a collaboration between the Texas Education Agency, the Region 10 Education Service Center, and the Texas Homeless Education Office. The EHCY program is authorized by Subtitle B of Title VII of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11431 et seq.) to ensure enrollment, attendance, and educational success for students experiencing homelessness.
