Important immunization requirements for enrollment took effect in 2004. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Texas Department of Health (TDH) assist with implementing the vaccine requirements and provide information and technical assistance.
Policy regarding minor consent to treat follows the stipulations of Chapter 32 of the Texas Family Code.
